We support each other to tackle shared challenges and drive continuous improvement of educational outcomes for children and young people across Kent
We convene and coordinate opportunities for leaders to benefit from each other’s experience to ensure that leaders always have someone with whom they can explore ideas, share challenges, or call upon in a crisis.
We do this in a wide variety of ways, some structured and others informal.
As school leaders we are at the front edge of leading change in the education system. We have been shaping inclusion strategies and will continue to lead future changes in the mainstream and specialist sectors.
This is a priority shared across the whole education system, nationally and locally. As a local community, we will continue to work to ensure that all leaders in all schools are supported as they implement change.
