Coaching

KALE believes that coaching support should be available to all education leaders as part of their professional and personal development and to support their overall wellbeing.

Over recent years the KALE has led the development of various coaching programmes and has organised coaching support for 114 education leaders.

  • Small group coaching sessions for new headteachers
  • Peer to peer group coaching

KALE has worked directly with the organisations that we recommend. If you are seeking a coach, mentor or supervisor, you may want to consider using these resources. Please note: If you are a new Headteacher in Kent then we will provide a mentor, free of charge, who will be an experienced local Headteacher.

Providing Kent-based small group coaching

We can coordinate a package of 6 x small group coaching sessions led by an experienced coach and taking place in a convenient location. This is an on-demand programme dependant on registration of a minimum of 4 people. It is a cost-effective way of accessing coaching while also building a professional nework of peers for longer-term support.
