West Board KALE is dedicated to fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual support among Headteachers across our region. With a clear and ambitious vision, the board brings together school leaders to share best practice, tackle common challenges, and drive continuous improvement for all pupils.
At the heart of West Board KALE’s work is a commitment to partnership, integrity, and the professional development of our members. We believe that together, we are stronger and can create lasting positive change for our schools and communities.
Having taken on the Chair role of West Kent in March 2025, I am keen to develop and foster relationships between mainstream and SEND and believe together is better.
