KALE operates a small number of Working Groups to explore key themes, develop strategies to support leaders and inform education practice.
Each Working Group is chaired by a leader and membership is open to any interested colleagues. Care is taken to ensure that the membership is representative of all areas of the county, all phases of education and all types of settings.
